Correction or Retraction

Nursing Insight is committed to maintaining the integrity of the scholarly record and follows internationally recognized publication ethics standards, including the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines (https://publicationethics.org/core-practices; https://publicationethics.org/retraction-guidelines). If errors are identified in a published article that do not affect the overall findings, a correction (erratum or corrigendum) will be issued with a clear description of the changes. In cases of serious issues such as plagiarism, data fabrication, duplicate publication, ethical violations, or fundamental methodological errors, the journal reserves the right to retract the article, with a retraction notice permanently linked to the original publication to ensure transparency. All correction and retraction decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief in consultation with the editorial team, and are handled in accordance with COPE best practices to ensure fairness, accountability, and academic integrity.
