Complaint Process

Nursing Insight provides a transparent mechanism for addressing complaints related to editorial decisions, peer review processes, publication ethics, or post-publication concerns. Complaints may be submitted in writing to the editorial office via the official journal email, with a clear description of the issue and supporting evidence where applicable (e.g., concerns about plagiarism similarity reports such as Turnitin results, authorship disputes, peer-review fairness, or ethical conduct). Upon receipt, the editorial team will acknowledge the complaint, conduct an initial assessment, and, if necessary, initiate a formal investigation in accordance with COPE guidelines. This may include consultation with editors, reviewers, or external experts. A formal response will be provided once the review is completed. The journal is committed to ensuring fairness, transparency, confidentiality, and timely resolution of all complaints while upholding academic integrity.
